The Dixboro Project visionary and acclaimed restaurateur, Sava Farah, leads the way for this regionally transformational concept, accompanied by passionate hospitalitarians and culinary masterminds. Prior to embarking on this project, Sava spent over 20 years working in restaurants beginning as a bus girl and working her way up the ranks, ultimately starting a sandwich shop in Ann Arbor in 2007. That humble sandwich shop grew into a beloved Ann Arbor institution; Sava’s. Sava now serves as the CEO of The Pulpo Group which operated The Dixboro Project, Sava’s and Aventura.
